Sleep in to be more Productive

Thanks to Tim Ferriss’ Twitter stream (some of you will remember him from Convention last year), I got to read this article about sleep habits.

Apparently, those of us who like to sleep in late are able to stay alert and focused on tasks longer than those who like to wake up earlier. The key, the researchers say, is to be able to work your schedule around your preferred sleeping time.

If your body wants you to rise at noon, schedule afternoon and evening classes whenever possible to take advantage of that. If, however, you find yourself awake at 7 every morning, no matter what, it’s probably better to get your classes and studying out of the way while you’re still sharp.
